These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skillsboost mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services") offered by SkillsBoost Limited. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App or Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when creating your account.
You may be able to create or upload content ("User Content") through the App or Services. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App and Services. You are solely responsible for your User Content and any harm resulting from it.
You agree to use the App and Services in a lawful and ethical manner. You will not use the App or Services for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or applicable law. You will not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights. You will not upload any viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the App or Services.
The App, Services, and all content contained therein (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. You may not use any trademarks or logos used by Skillsboost without our prior written consent.
The App and Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the App or Services.
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or Services. This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may terminate your access to the App or Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kano/Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and Services.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website.
